Had a worst experience of their service May 12, 2024 12NN Lunch Time. Supposedly mothers day dapat happy. Pero 1st bad experience was mali ang naserve na food, dapat Beef Caldereta but it turns out Beef Kare Kare ang na serve. 2nd worst experience, their Beef Kare Kare ay may mga buhok. Not just one but many hair. We told the one who was serving us, then she bring the Kare Kare to their cook. According to their cook, it was a hair of the Beef. Meaning to say, their beef was not clean because meron pang hair sa Beef Kare Kare nila. We did not scolded them, instead told them about the issues in a nice way. I walked into Gerry's for the first time and was immediately welcomed and seated. It was after lunch hour without many customers. I ordered the Blue Marlin steaks and a cup of garlic rice. Then, I saw the desert venue and asked for a banana split, but at the end. The food was outstanding! Two large Blue Marlin steaks came hot and freshwater plenty of little veggies and soy sauce to mix with the rice. The young man behind the bar was very attentive and as I was finishing up, he brought the banana split with perfect timing. My server was awesome. Cute and professional.
