Chowking — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

It's been a while I haven't craved for their Chao Fan, one with dumpling topping, or with lumpiang shanghai topping. The other time I'm rushing with business meeting and I have to go for a quick lunch so I ordered pork chao fan with siomai steamed rice. This time I wanted to try the fried rice.

Well I was disappointed with the serving, it's cold but the toppings though is okay. Hope this branch will do better next time.

This is quite late for lunch so most people are already on their working desk. I took a shot on my surroundings, it is a very nice place to have a business conversation. This place brings me the memories of my college days, where with my classmates often spent some time to chat what we encounter during the exams.

I’ve always loved Chowking’s lumpia and have ordered it countless times but my recent experience at NHA Chowking was absolutely terrible. It was the worst lumpia I’ve ever had. The meat inside was unrecognizable, bland, watery, and had a strange, thread-like texture that was so hard it was inedible. It didn’t taste like meat at all. I couldn’t even finish it and ended up vomiting from how gross it was. What made it worse was that my order wasn’t even complete, and the staff acted like it was no big deal. Just had my breakfast at Chowking Kauswagan and wow everything was on point! The Chao Fan was served piping hot and so tasty and the Siomai? Perfect with that chili sauce and toyamansi! Shoutout to the crew/cashier for keeping the line moving and making sure we got our orders out super fast.
