Jollibee — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

The windows are dirty, the service is slow and if we didn't ask for a follow up, i think we would have waited for more than 30 minutes just for our food and there was only a few people in the restaurant too. The food was good but when I looked down, i saw a hotdog on the floor. Like, ew. Can you guys atleast clean this jollibee? They only clean tables after 5 minutes after the customers leave, like aren't you supposed to clean it as soon as the customer leaves?? Again with the windows , they look like someone has spilled milk on it. Even if the food was good, CLEAN THIS JOLLIBEE! I beg you, hire some cleaners. The seats upstairs were more disgusting, this is not jolibee's usual type of service. So pls...

Went to a drive thru and they said they need me to wait for 7 mins, so I agree to park and it was 11:40. My food already arrive for 10 mins ( doesnt matter bcuz I agree to wait) and I asked the guy all food are here and said confidently yes and said “GodBless” so I confidently not check my paper bag but when I got home. When I got home my paper only has burger steak and fries and my 2 chicken burgers are missing. When I get back it’s still raining there is no apologize nor sympathy acted like it...

Bought lunch drive through and was told our order needs 15min to cook. Waited in the designated area for more than 15min. Had to go in and ask our order before they hurriedly put everything and delivered to the car. They don't seem to consider costumers waiting and missing the point of giving time. Hope they are more considerate to costumers and keep their word...
