Buddy's — Restaurant in Calamba

We went at april 14;2025 to having lunch we are almost 15-20 person probably some of person is kids because we wanted to celebrate my moms 58th birthday and my son honorable graduation day all of that i was disappointed.Im a ofw mom i want to make their day a nice and happy memories in our family because it once in a lifetime.when we take an order at the counter there was a lady cashier i told her can i request a song for my moms birthday and my son graduation song she ask about for valid id since my mom didn't bring her valid and she said its ok were gonna do a song for ur mom and i bought some small cake. My family and i are 1st time to enter this place and we don't know the rules.service was poor 1 guy staff i ask to move one table his voice was loud to tell that he can't do that. Even i was dissapointed i gave a tip for considiration The food was ok but the service of staff was lock of communication i will not recomend that branch their not friendly especially for the kids and...

We went there for breakfast for a change. The experience was very disappointing. The staff and kitchen crew were having their breakfast.

We were seated and made to wait until the chef was full and ready to proceed with kitchen duty. I mentioned that if we went elsewhere, we would have been served and done twice.

Buddy's personnel should eat their meals BEFORE they open the doors for business. While I laud the management for its care for them, I'm not impressed that the customers that pay for the rent and salaries are made to wait. We should have been prioritized!! The chef should get up, cook, and eat later.

I overheard one crew mention to him, "You've got 2 tables waiting!" The other table of 2 was there before us. I thought they were waiting for company, I was wrong. We were both waiting for the chef to finish...

This is my second review on my second visit. Added on my review are the answers to the beta version questionaires provided by Google. Im still amaze about the internal design of the restaurant. For me, I love this place, i love the hospitable staff and i love the food🤩😍🥳. Guys, even if you are vegetarian or like me doesnt eat red meat. I still have my favorite pancit habhab😱😱😱.
