I brought my 2 balikbayan friends here, because thy miss pinoy food. When we went in, nobody greeted us, the 3 staff were near the cashier just casually talking ti each other, they saw us but the did not mind us, we had to seat ourselves. We had to call their attention 3 times for a server to come get our order, the server was not pleasant at all, its like hes not hapoy at all to get our order, we ordered kare kare, he told us immesiately that its out of stock, ordered kangkong, shrimp, also put of stock! So many food were of stock, so we just asked the rude server what was in stock, so we ordered food. He asked what drinks we would like to order, same thing, almost all the drinks were out of stock. It was just iced tea and a very wam bottle of water! When the food came, everything tasted BLAND AND OLD! its like they just re-heated leftovers! It sucked! Oh and check out their Medium size Lechon Kawali that costs Php 415 pesos!!!!!! (Check the pic) i actualy asked the server that he might have served us the small size, because it was toooooo small for the price! I can see the dissappointement in my balikbayan friends faces! I was so embarrased!!!!! We forcefully finished our meal, then we raised our hand to ask for the bill, no one was munding us, when i turned my back to the staff, they were all seated in a table for costumers and eating their lunch!!!!!!! All of them!!!!! Kitchen crew and servers!!!! This was @ 12:45pm!!!!! In the middle of the lunch rush!!!! On a Saturday!!!!! (Check the pic) that should have shifts for eating and not eat all at the same time!!!! We were actually hesitant to call their attention because we did not want to disturb their dining experience!!!!!!! Hahaha!!! Oh and the place smelled so bad! Its like they never clean up! I am so dissappointed with this restaurant. The staff are rude and smug at the same time! Especially the head waiter. He has this look that he does not like what he is doing!!!!! These are the kind of people who think they are too good for their job!!! I hope this reaches management. If you cant dicipline your staff, just close down your store! Ive wasted almost 2k php and got embarrassed to my balikbayan friends because of your...

Perhaps the owner was an ex seaman due to ship design and decor of the resto. I have to say that I have witnessed most of the stalls in this mall close down, but Giligan's is quite matibay or strong. They have a lot of customers because this is among the affordable or budget friendly (not to mention unli rice) places you can...

the food is completely overcooked or fried for too long the chicken is baked too hot - dark brown on the outside, still bloody on the inside. When we complained, our bitten parts (!) were re-fried instead of bringing a new chicken we couldn't find any meat or vegetables in the kare-kare - and it didn't taste like roasted peanuts, just burnt my family thought the pork was chicken skin - until I explained that it was pork Boneless chicken consisted of deep-fried breadcrumbs - just like the pork, by the way Shakes were “out of stock”
Unfortunately a big disappointment. Maybe it's better to hire a real chef when it comes...
