Greenwich — Restaurant in Caloocan

Need to improve the services,comprehension is sacrificed.some are incapacitated to their task. We had a bad experience here,we have senior citizen,we have pwd's, But this won't matter to them.As we ordered and paid,All we want is just a decent meal and a pizza,and as we've got some part of our ordered meal after 45 minutes,and still waiting for the remaining ordered to be claimed,it turned out that we are waiting for 'nothing' despite the fact that we are updating the staff and it is a paid ordered.so it will show on their computer monitor.but it maybe ignored.how come this happened? is this sabotage because of the senior citizen and pwd that claimed for priveledge discounted price for their order? just asking.or they are simply incapacitated for...

This store is really exceptional and considerate. Despite of the store policy, they did something for us to dine in. Customer Service is something you don't expect in every store but with Greenwich Malabon City Square you'll find it something you don't expect to experience. The staff are accommodating, polite and humble, and the way they talk or response to you despite of all day of tiring work, you don't see in their face how exhausting the job, because the way they interact with their customer is like they are just getting started, like the store is just got open and the energy and vibes...
