Mandarin Sky Caloocan — Restaurant in Caloocan

The food is good, the receptionist are good and friendly but in general the service is poor. We had a reservation for two tables and the food was pre ordered, 30 min before we go to the place we instructed already to prepare the food. As we arrived the food was not ready, the maincourse was serve almost an hour and the dessert was almost forgotten to serve. We are ready to go home and we remember that we still had a dessert. We still need to follow up it waited for another 30 minutes. When it served we asked why it took so long and the waiter sarcastically said " hindi lang naman kayo may order nyan eh, marami silang ginagawa". Wow parang kami pa may kasalanan na kumain kami dyan sa restaurant nyo. No even apologies and follow up from anyone in the staff. The service I'm not expecting from fine dining restaurant. The food served here is NOT CHEAP! But their prices are well justified as not only are you given very large portions from even their small size serving, but the quality is also exquisite and filling. Best of all is their service and they are there to assist you with your order and will even remind you to not forget your change/credit card when you leave. A Mandarin Sky branch that opened in September of 2018 located just beside the new Caloocan City Hall. The place is not that big even if they have a 2nd floor.
