when we arrived at the hotel by 530 ish, we didn't immediately check in until 10pm, they didn't let us check in. the stuff told us because they said they haven't received the voucher from the site we booked.I showed them the confirmation and paid for the room but they still don't want to accommodate us because they haven't received the voucher yet, I'm not the only one who experienced that, there are many of us, we want to rest because we are tired. their bed makes you think you're on a ship. It's very cheap, even the pillow and what's worse is that their sheets have holes, then their air conditioner is so loud that you can't sleep because of the noise. the 2000 a night you paid is not worth it . the worst thing about their service is that you order food and mineral water at the same time but the water is no longer served they said will be delivered immediately, we just finished eating and for an hour there was almost no water coming you have to call five more times before they act , this hotel is my worst experience Your 2k per night is...

When I checked in and handed the reservation form I was told that the booking had been processed by Agoda and was for a standard room only with no breakfast. After a few phone calls backwards and forwards nothing was resolved. I was told that I would receive compensation which I am still waiting for. The hotel is a long way from the airport which I didn't realize. It took around an hour and a half in a Grab taxi. There was a Jolibee and 7-eleven just around the corner. The room itself was very basic to say the least. There was no fridge, there was a small flat screen TV. The bed was a good size however it was hard and uncomfortable. The single pillow was small and flat and was uncomfortable too. If you're looking for a good nights sleep search for alternative accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this to international traveller's like us. Rooms are so musky and bathrooms are so dirty. I got 2 rooms coz i decided to change or transfer to the next room coz we thought it was better than the first room but the staff didnt help us to transfer he was just simply gave the key card and walk away. No more assist. Other than that their meals. Morning breakfast. It was supposed to delivered at 8 am but we waited for 1 and haft hours just for cornbeef and bangus. I called 5x before they assist us. Bad service.
Be aware for what you pay for. It is not easy to work and think twice before you check in. My main point is the attitude of the staffs.
