I've never been this disappointed in a fast food chain restaurant. We've ordered 8pcs of chicken mcwings (4pcs per order), 2 extra rice, and a medium shake shake fries. The cashier was nice but the service ruined our appetite. For the first 15mins waiting, i got annoyed due to some of the customers are already served before us. Our queing number is 146 yet they are already serving who have #150 orders and up. Another 15mins, i got up and went to the counter and asked where's our order since its already 30mins and we haven't eaten anything yet and the queing numbers that are being served went to #160 and up already.
The guy crew who was busy with other take out orders glanced at my receipt and immediately prepare our order. Its not even ready yet and suspectedly forgot/skipped our number! Tho the crew says he's sorry but still. But after i sat down, opened the 2 box, saw an order of 4pcs chicken wings and the other one are nuggets. So i went to the counter again and show my dismay. The manager wasn't even looking at me when she saw i return the food and not even sorry for what happened. She just grab my receipt and order to take back to the kitchen, and the guy who served me first was the one who handed me over my new order. Seriously? Im not surprised why this branch is hopeless.
We were already served late AND they will give us the wrong order. My order wasn't even that difficult, yet they managed to serve 15 more people who are behind us on the waiting line. We end up taking out our food.
The atmosphere, i can't even last for an hour to stay there due to left over foods all over the floor & under the table. You still have to call someone to clean your table, if not, it'll be a mess until next...

What made the situation worse was the lack of response from the staff. Despite multiple customers visibly reacting and complaining, the crew remained expressionless and unresponsive—showing no empathy at all. It felt like our concerns were completely disregarded.
I came in hungry, hoping for a decent meal, but the experience was disturbing and honestly, disgusting. This level of hygiene and customer service is unacceptable from a brand like McDonald's.
