Ordered two ramens and a gyoza, but they didn’t include chopsticks. I messaged their page to ask why, and an ideal response would have been something like, “We’re sorry, we’ll make sure to include them next time as per your preference.” Instead, they replied in a tone that felt dismissive, saying something along the lines of, “Well, you didn’t request them.”

It’s ramen! Most Filipino households don’t have chopsticks lying around. I sent them a screenshot showing that there was no option on my end to request chopsticks, and they responded by circling the part that showed I hadn’t requested them.

I didn’t know I had to request chopsticks, as there’s no indication anywhere that I should. Terrible service. The noodles aren’t even great.

I recently dined at Hiromitsu Carmona Branch with my wife and had a generally positive experience. The food, including the tempura and yakiniku, was delicious and well-prepared. However, the sashimi did not meet our expectations as it seemed to have been frozen and then hastily defrosted, resulting in a compromised taste and texture. While the service was good, it fell short of being outstanding. The staff members were polite and attentive, but there were a few instances where our requests were not promptly addressed. On a positive note, the restaurant provides parking facilities, which is convenient. Overall, we had a good experience, except for the issue with the sashimi. Upon our arrival, the personnel did not even greet us. Our group consists of five people, and they make us change seats only because some of their usual customers arrive. They even greet them and take note that we have a child with us, but they give priority to their returning customer.
