I just had coffee so the food rating is for the Hazelnut Latte I had which was pretty decent - meaning it was GOOD. I was looking for a place to kill time and Cafe Librew was a suggestion. I love the vibe here it gives nostalgic feels by itself. I stayed at the second level where there are books everywhere. I enjoyed my stay and would you believe if I tell you I finished 2 books? I went on a Saturday and surprisingly, the place was all mine and some Gen Z chic studying her a$$ off (I could tell hehe).

Objectively, the place is small. Now, because of this and the big split type aircon, the place is cold and cozy. There's music playing. I like this place because it's open 7AM. They also have a 22oz drink size variant. Usually, cafes just offer 12 and 16oz. Iced Americano 16oz, 120 pesos. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and kind. Beside the cafe are two parking slots parallel to the sidewalk. The CR is below-average.

I was there 3-6pm on a weekday. Not so busy place. Good for working for a few hrs. Free 1 hr internet coupon then 20/hr fee on succeeding hrs. Food is great. Place have lots of sockets for charging. Internet is only 5-10mbps. 1st floor has 2 tables only. 2nd floor is spacious with lots of seats available.
