SERVICE EXTREMELY NEED IMPROVEMENT!!!! 👎👎👎👎

The female staff asked us something right away in a very inaudible and fast paced way. We couldn't understand. We even asked i think twice for her to repeat what she said, YET she still chose to say it fast paced and we dont even know what those choices are for. We only later found out that it was for the french fries flavor. AND TAKE NOTE THERE WERE ONLY AROUND 3 TABLES OCCUPIED DURING THOSE HOURS (INCLUDING US). So what's the point of rushing??????? We already asked her to repeat, she seemed so emotionless and still repeated it fast. We got icecream and we didnt know that theres SUPPOSED TO BE FREE CONES. But nobody AS IN NO ONE IN THE STAFF EVER MENTIONED ABOUT IT. We didn't know how to USE the machine and we were corrected but we were NEVER offered cones. We realized it OURSELF. So we asked for a spoon instead since we placed the icecream inside a drinking glass, unfortunately they dont offer utensils.

And we asked for plastic gloves they did not even speak they just moved away and point at it. Very bad customer service. No hospitality or accommodation at all.

The staff kept talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking and talking AND TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING and talking with each other!!!! Awfully bad service!!!

With the 400+ I paid per person, Id rather spend it in a fine dining restaurant with a amazing service, so waste of money, not worth the time nor experience, definitely not a place to visit again, full of regrets, it was our first time yet so bad customer service!!!! I have seen countless disrespectful workers but I can say they are the worse, please fire...

We've always had the best experience at the Wingers Talamban branch. The food has consistently been great, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming — perfect for chill hangouts or family meals.

We usually go for the General’s Rate, which gives you access to their unlimited chicken, fries, rice, and drinks. While we rarely make it to a second round (and it’s a miracle when we do 😂), the serving is already generous and filling. What we appreciate is that the chicken tastes even better now, and they’ve started serving other parts, not just wings — a big plus!

The fries are a favorite in our group — we love them so much we sometimes bring them home. (Pro tip: they're affordable, but make sure you don’t leave leftovers because there’s a charge for that.)

The kids also had a blast with the unlimited ice cream — always a highlight for them!

The price has gone up from ₱349 to ₱449, but honestly, it’s still worth it for the quality and the overall experience. And if you’re not the “eat-all-you-can” type or don’t have a huge appetite, they also offer other more affordable rates.

Kindly train some of the staff the customer service, doesn’t mean to be rude. We enter the door and look for table, the lady girl name Arliza just watching us which table to seat. Upon seated, she just told us “Unsa man inyu?” Like huh? Okay ra ka dai. Wai uso greetings gamay dha nea introduce unsa naa sa menu. So we asked unsa diff sa 200+ and 400+, ambot about sa 200+ ra iya ge sulti. Aw ok. Have 4 pcs chicken each flavors eat and get out.

Keep observing her to others, seeing a lady nag kugos ug bata nag struggle open sa door. She’s right infront the door wala man lang ni initiate ug open.
