As a frequent customer of chowking, we found it inconsistent nowadays. There are dishes that are unavailable and for quite so long to replenish. The chicken was chewy and hard. Takes time to served though not busy. The staffs are not passionate and welcoming enough to deal with the customers. Unequipped with their descriptive roles. Just a little bit of anticipation will do. An extra mile for something for the customer is not a waste of time. Reach out and engage. Let say: assisting to open the door, taking orders efficiently with alternatives, giving the cutlery/disposable with the tissue,politely apologize if something gone wrong, smile, makes us comfortable, and take every chance to help out. These are the basics that are usually forgotten. Leaders should not take it easy. Would suggest on constant trainings,exhibitions,reviews,follow ups and more. Specially sanitation and hygiene.
