Chowking — Restaurant in Cebu

If you don't know, Chowing is a subsidiary of Jollibee Which is why you so often see the next to each other. This one definitely could have used at least a minimum amount of air conditioning for this westernized white boy. The food is consistent, if not specifically super high level.I mean, at least you know what you're getting.You could go get some street chinese and it could be fantastic or could be less than. Absolutely terrible. I've been waiting for 2 bloody hours and the order ended up being delayed. I wanted to eat Wonton Mami because it was raining but we were out of gas so I couldn't cook any soup. The order ended up being cancelled. 2 bloody hours, and it was 10 in the bloody evening when they cancelled it. My stomach was growling and it felt terrible. This particular establishment is so incomplete and inconvenient in so many levels. First of all, the only available food that they're currently selling is Chao Fan & some scanty toppings.

Second, they do NOT accept any cashless or contactless mode of payment such as debit, credit, paymaya, gcash, etc. Seriously?!! How can you not afford to set up these basic kinds of payment system?!! Come on, guys!!! I'm sure you can do better than that! We are in a pandemic period and going into year 2021! You gotta step up...
