Got the worst customer service ever at Yellow Cab Pizza Co. - Talisay Cebu Branch. We arrived at 10:00 PM, got our food around 10:40ish— their reason? They got busy; but when we get down the first floor of the establishment, the customers there got served first despite coming much later than us. The crew wasn’t even sure if what he’s serving to us is our order (he went down thrice to confirm it despite bringing the receipt with him). There were no explanations, no apologies, or whatsoever....
