Chowking — Restaurant in Cebu

Our food was not ready with complete condiments, my sister ordered chowfan and the crew did not even gave us sauce and if i didn’t ask for tissue she will not put tissue on my tray. I ordered their famous siopao and asked for ketchup and the lady just answered me it’s already saucy inside no ketchup available with a sarcastic tone of voice but i like my siopao with ketchup for additional taste.
