Are you seriously mixing two different viands in one packaging when you’re asked to pack the leftover for takeout? like how is that allowed to mix the calamari and the sweet and sour in one pack (mura mog nag pack og lamaw para sa iro) your service is so terrible grabe. We have been your customer for a long time and this is how you provide service to your people? And don’t even start with the takeout fee because paying for it is not an issue. The place was awesome but the service was extremely terrible. The food was just average but their drinks cucumber pineapple juice was the only item that was good.
We’ve waited for over 30 mins close to 40 mins for our order. When the food arrived it was no longer hot nor warm. The rice was followed after 10 minutes along with the drinks. Lastly we have called 3 times for service water before it was given. One more thing, the waiters were nice but we always wonder why they’re so forgetful with the follow ups like the water, rice, and other orders.
