McDonald's — Restaurant in Cebu

Again, another fastfood that took forever to wait. We ordered take out but with more than 30 min wait time, it’s like we already ate in the store. To make the situation worse, their AC is dead. We’re litetally in an oven while waiting, no electric fan.

Before leaving, good thing we checked the orders since it’s incomplete.

Staff were unapologetic.

They are clearing their queuing system despite multiple orders waiting to cheat that they are able to service their customers timely. So don’t be surprised if your number is not in the screen, they already clearer it. Just wait to be called out.

A bit disappointing, I ordered a #3 large size. The drink was about the only thing that was right, in other places outside of the Philippines the burger is already bigger to begin with. The fries got me upset, they give me the large fries holder with the amount of a med fries. And it wasn't even crispy, it was just warm.... C'mon McDonald's. If your going to charge U.S. price.them give them U.S. size. You are representing a U.S. iconic fast foods joint. Live up to it. 1 star for the drink, earn back your reputation. Stop ripping...

the person responsible for supply is not capable, many times various items are not available, fast-food? in any crowded restaurant I can get my order faster than a simple drink in McDo the music playing are always the same 8-10 songs with a McDo advertise jingle, too loud and annoying. sanitary: first broke the urinoir for males almost 2 years ago, this year also the seat-bowl, few days later the cr upstairs likewise. there is no indication this might be fixed soon since...
