I just found a good food haven today called Chef Tiu's signature which is a very chic and classy place to eat and dine local cuisine but inexpensive yet delicious sumptous meal. The place is comfty with a good furniture and very nice design combining local and modern look. Feels like fine dining with cheap and expensive foods to choose from. Very nice and accommodating staff with a free small bowl of peanut and a cold water once on the table. The only drawback is the wait for the food, needs a lot of patience. Although, the food needs a wait, the aircon and the place itself is relaxingly enjoying. There is a love band at 6pm as they say but I did not manage to experience. Young Chow fried rice still taste good. Definitely a must try when eating here.
Fish fillet is still good and soft as always. Both sweet and sour and tartar sauce are both good.
My fave sweet and spicy chicken still has the same good sauce butttt the meat is hard and part that was serve to us are mostly back part and neck with little to no meat. Such a big disappointment.
Another fave gone wrong is the classic beef kare kare. Really small serving of veggies and the beef meat was hard and chewwy like a gum. Hayss such a big disappointment.
