Jollibee Daet Bayan — Restaurant in Daet

I'm posting this for them to see and let them know especially the Branch and Floor Manager that:

a. Their branch has terrible service. During the multiple times that I ordered the crew/cashier were always rude not only to the customers but also to her coworkers. She was yelling at someone while I was facing her. Unprofessional.

b. Inaccurate serving/waiting time. I ordered 3 combos which I specified to order and confirmed with the crew if those were available. They said the waiting time to be 20 minutes, however that is a complete LIE. I was there before anyone, the branch was not crowded during that time but I spent 50 minutes staring at nothing.

c. Incomplete meals. Upon reaching home, with hunger I opened the box of food expecting to have a hearty meal, but to my surprise the combos that I ordered were incomplete. The burgers, gravy and a piece of rice were missing. What am I supposed to do now? Also, this has happened to me multiple times.

I suggest if you're hungry and want to have a quick bruch, DON'T EVER COME HERE. You're blood sugar would be on the negative before you get to taste their food. NOT WORTH IT. Try the other branch or just go somewhere else like 7/11 Conveniece Store.

I understand that the crew have a lot of things to do during their shift and overtime I tried to always be reasonable and understanding but that does not justify all the incompetence in their branch. I hope they have retraining or hire more workers in their branch.

We went here today 1/6/21 to pick up 10 buckets of chicken for a birthday party. The gaurd wont let us in because we dont have face shields. As he is wearing a half shield that stops at his nose? I said ok fine. I went and got my full face helmet which has an enclosed shield that covers my entire head and face. The gaurd says that's not allowed? His half shield is fine but a complete head and face shield is not good enough? Unbelievable We ordered our chicken from a competitor and will NEVER return to...

Not satisfied with the service, the food was already on the counter but no one from the staff gets it and serve to the customers, some of the crew are just talking to each other gossiping. Very poor in service they should do it better next time... I fully understand that it's peak season but when you're in service you should give the demands of your customers....
