Sidney's Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Dagupan

Rarely I give out 5 stars, but this place deserves it. Drove from Angeles City Pampanga to visit the place, basically picked the general direction where I wanted to travel and dropped my finger here.

I had some reservations at first but the hospitality was bang on and the food was great, I am not a fan of seafood but I know when I am eating a fresh fish. The grilled bangus and sinigang bangus is a dream.

Soft and delicious, I had to cherish each bite. Finished my food quick so I can enjoy my food coma. I went there during heavy rain and it's honestly the perfect weather to eat here. Cold air, lovely visuals.

Sure it's next to the highway but you quickly forget about the traffic noise and just enjoy the ambiance.

I would recommend wearing pants, you're eating in a kubo, you will mingle with insects.

The wait time is reasonable, it's longer for bigger orders but the staff is upfront about it which I love.

The CR is usable, has manual flush and they provide soap. I did not find any hygiene issues as well.

Place is ideal for families and groups, especially if you're traveling to other places this is a great stop over. I am adding this to my go to place to eat from now on.

Beats some other seafood...

The whole place is cozy and has a well-ventilated ambiance, very close to nature. They have cottages that are floating on a body of water with actual fishes swimming around. They cater few to moderate people at the moment so the place is definitely not crowdy. Perfect for family or friends luncheon. The menu is exemplary enticing and perfectly served. A group meal for boodle feast is highly recommended. All of the seafood they served were guaranteed fresh. They offer restrooms but on separate location within the area. Restrooms don't have flushing toilets or bidets, and mosquitoes are evident. So this one needs improvement. Staff are all accommodating, and very attentive, so they make sure they attend to your needs at any given time. They have a very spacious parking space as well. The overall experience is superb and definitely recommended for anyone. Will surely go back to this place some...

Sidney's Grill Seafood Platter

A combination meal platter good for 4 to 5 people, in my opinion!

Sidney's is a floating restaurant located along the new De Venecia highway, just besides Mang Peping. We ordered their seafood platter that is complete from appetizer to dessert! We also ordered grilled oysters which they gladly served us even if they didn't have stock that time. They really made an effort to look for some!

On the platter: Arorosip (seaweed) Salted eggs Enseladang Talong Calamares (Squid) Grilled Liempo (pork) Grilled Bangus Steamed Shrimps Steamed Crabs rice Leche Flan

I forgot how this cost, but I am sure it's no more than 1000 Pesos!
