McDonald’s Daraga Highway — Restaurant in Daraga

Staff really needs training on customer service and customer management.

At one drive-thru episode, their order area was not working (which is surprising for a newly opened store). We ordered our meal but the cashier and their staff attending the drive-thru area mismanaged our experience by putting us in 'Bay 2', an area we do not know. They took our receipt, which is our proof of order. We waited in the parking area, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for our food to be delivered outside. Sadly, it never came to us.

Have we not gone to the storefront and followed-up our order, we would be waiting in oblivion for our order. Our fries got stale and cold, which was unpleasant to eat during the rainy cold night.

The only good thing for our server was her apology, but she sounded that we should have followed her direction.

Talk about all the hype going to their store but with lackluster experience...

Had our son's party here and it was a nightmare! We arrived late because of the traffic, but when we got there, we were expecting it to start immediately upon arriving. Pero ilang minutes pa kami naghintay para sa who knows what. Opening nagpaprayer lang tapos nagpa games na agad? Wala man lang kung anong paintro and ganap muna? We already informed them na may mag oopening number, pero yung opening number naging intermission after ilang pa-games. AND HERE'S THE MOST TERRIBLE PART, ISA LANG ANG STAFF NA NAGSESERVE NG FOODS SA MORE THAN 80 GUESTS. Tipong pati kami ng husband ko, other friends, and family, ay nagseserve na ng food sa guests para lang makakain na sila agad, ending kami hindi na nakakain.

Pati number of guest na pumasok sa venue hindi nila alam! Na upon orientation saamin, meron daw staff magbibilang ng pumapasok. Kami pa ang nagmano mano magbilang ng guest kasi sabi saakin ng staff eh wala daw ibang crew na pwede makapagbilang.

We were told na projector ang gagamitin sa birthday poster, pero how come na the usual ang ginamit? Hindi sana ito issue if sinabi nila kung ano talaga gagamitin nila. Ang dami dami nilang sinabi nung orientation na hindi nasunod!

Super boring ng host! Halata sa mukhang napipilitan sa ginagawa nya.

I ordered 2 2-pc extra chicken gravy, paid for it but unfortunately, they didn’t put it on my bag.. also requested a paper bag for the drinks so it will not spill on my shad box, but the server girl didn’t get back to me so I had to go down my motorcycle and went inside to request it directly from their front window.. McDonald’s staff always seem to disappoint you in every branch you...
