AA's Barbecue and Grill — Restaurant in Dauis

After years of going to AA BBQ in Dand always feeling welcomed as a foreigner... tonight made me very sad. My waiter was rude and watched my food get cold before bringing it to my table. While all the other waiters were bringing steaming hot food to their tables - my waiter brought my food barely room temperature and kept laughing with the other waiters and looking over at me at my table. IF AA BBQ isn't welcoming foreigners any more... please let me know and I will make sure not to come any more and let all my foreigner friends know they are not welcome. If this was the actions of a bad employee making me feel unwelcome at AA BBQ also let me know so IFI ever return I can make sure I do not get this waiter again! I have his photo just to make sure if I ever return I do not have him again. But I should not have to do that... and there are many other places in Tagbilaran...

Really good, fresh, tasty, food... cooked to perfection! Much variety.

While their BBQ is superb, their many other entrees are even better!

Soups, fish, shirmp, seafood, beef....to die for! In Cebu we enjoyed lunch and especially dinner at AA almost every day.

So happy that just before we relocated to Tagbilaran City/Panglao, they opened here.

Same ownership as the AA-BBQ in LaHug, Cebu. In fact, they sent their best people from Cebu to Bohol to open this new venue.

Just another barbecue shop. Nothing really fancy and special. It is just a bit more pricey than your usual BBQ and grill restaurant. Its bicol express and lechon kawali are good, but they could both use a little less chunks of fat. Its halo-halo though is something that everyone should be warned of—it is ridiculously sweet, the amount of powdered sugar in it is too much that you can feel grains of it in your mouth. One night, flies are all over the place. I hope it isn't like this every day. It has a decent parking...
