Kookel's Restaurant- Bangkal — Restaurant in Davao City

The service is very slow, and the food delivery on our table took so long, we just ordered tuna soup and we waited almost an hour even the server said wait for 20 minutes, which took 1 hour to wait, also they should bring the food all together rather putting it on the table one by one, which is inadequate, please this restaurant need to use their time management a bit more usable because we are eating in this establishment and we can't afford to wait almost an hour to wait just for a soup...

Service crew are attentive and quicknto act on your request. Parking is ample, Comfort rooms are really clean and well maintained. Spacious with air conditioned room and al fresco. The only problem is the adjacent restobar cum videoke hib is...

The service is really sloooooow. There was only 1 other table aside from us. There were staff fighting and shouting at each other that their voices can be heard in the whole restaurant. It is so loud and so very distracting to dining customers.

Whoever the owner is, pls check who is doing this and give them a sanction. They are not assets in your restaurant.
