When we had our dinner yesterday, the staffs were not as accomodating as we thought they'd be. We sat in a table na hindi pa nalilinis and 35 mins pa yung hinintay namin before someone clean the table and took our orders. Another disappointing thing happened na naman, the staff who took our orders seems like pagod na sya and irritated. Since two of us are still coming, kami with my mom decided na mag order nlg din for them, we picked first different orders but then changed our minds and made the same orders for everyone. Here comes pagdating ng orders, hindi pala cancelled yung first orders we gave the staffs earliers which is very frustrating. So yung nangyari, we ordered the different orders we made at first and the uniform orders we settled in the end. A total of six orders yung na punch which is very devastating kasi apat lg kami and we could not take that extra meals tapos dagdag pa sa gastos. So we clarified our orders to the waiter who served the food but parang hindi niya sinabihan yung cashier or something nila thats why when we had our bills, kasali pa rin sa receipt yung order na hindi na cancel ng staff who took our orders. My mom was infuriated and we're too tired to argue kasi pinaghintay kami ng ilang oras before we got our changed. Hindi na kami nagreklamo doon kasi eksena lg. This is just a story of my experience there and i think We would not comeback in that...

Me and my boyfriend went to the restaurant at 2pm. First of all, the service was bad. Nobody approached to help us to find the table as we had to do it by ourselves. When we wanted to order the food, it took us 2-3 times to call the waiter, which is very annoying. There was the guy there who was on his way to pick up the order from an other table (the others didn’t look at customers), when I called him, he just looked at me without telling me to wait or calling someone to assist us. We ordered 5 different dishes of dimsum and the buttered fried chicken and 2 bowls of rice. I’ve eaten a lot of dimsum restaurent but for me, so far, it is the worst dimsum I’ve ever had in my life (the asado siopao was the only edible one). The meat of the dimsum is not really good and its taste is salty for me. The radish cake is bad and the sauce which comes with it, is worse, too sweet. The we moved to the buttered fried chicken with rice. The chicken is salty for my taste, not tender, and the coating is not crispy at all, there’s no butter flavour. And the simplest thing which is rice, is bad too, it is hard and dry.. We went home with the very bad experience because we were very hungry before we came there. I really hope you guys can listen to the customers and improve your quality of food and...

I have been a fan of Mandarin Tea Garden for so long and they have been very consistent since the very beginning. Their noodle soup and dumplings have been my go-to meal. Their humba rice is also a comfort food, along with taosi rice.

What I like about this branch is their generous space, with an open lay-out, their tables and chairs are spread generously occupying the whole space. The service crew are attentive and quick to assist. Unlike other Mandarin Tea Garden branches, this one is generous with their soup serving and their meats. My noodle soup was full to the brim with multiple slices of beef brisket. The service crew also informed me ahead of time that they will not be able to serve service water so I have a choice if it was okay for me to order one of their available drinks, lucky for him that I brought my own tumbler.

I have fond memories with Mandarin, and is still one of my favorite...

We are one of the ultimate fans of Mandarin Tea Garden. Especially my husband. Their Taosi Spareribs and Wonton mami are affordable yet sooo tasty! This time we wanted to try something else so we had their Hakaw, Congee with Century Egg and my newest fave, steamed seafood roll! All of them are sooo worth it! My husband and I loved these. The congee has less salt so you need to season it with soysauce and their chili garlic flakes. Tasty! This order took 25mins to get served. The servers are not that friendly too.. maybe because we went there around 7pm and it’s jampacked. Minus 1 star on customer service. Something they should consider to improve on :)

The place is owned and managed by a Chinese man so you know the quality is up to par with mandarin tastes. When we entered the resto, the waiters were very courteous and were quick to show us our seat. They told us our meal would be served in 20-30mins but it came at around the 10 mins mark which was impressive considering that there were a lot of people dining in. The food was tasty. At first i thought we wouldn't be satisfied with the serving size of the beef brisket but it was just right for 2 persons. Overall, would recommend this restaurant branch.
