Green Banana Business Hotel — Hotel in Davao City

We got a queen room, and it was very comfortable. However, we are not big people, so it was fine for us. Next time we will make sure to get a bigger size room. The comfort room was so small we could barely close the door when we were inside. If you weigh more than 100 kilos you will have a hard time in some of the CR's. The breakfast was really good and the location was perfect for our needs. We will certainly return! Update one: On our second stay we got a bigger room on the 3rd floor. This was a great room for us and the stay was great! Update two: On our third stay we got another great room on the fourth floor! But the problem was that on the fifth floor there was an event room, and on our first night there was a party event that was very loud, and it was right on top of us. Someone had hard heels on and it added to the noise. The event lasted until 11:30 pm. After that everything was good. The service was very good, and the staff was very enjoyable to work with. Update three: A very comfortable and enjoyable stay November 2022. Staff were very pleasant, room was comfortable. The location is fantastic. Close to everywhere. You can walk to lots of important places. Victoria, GMall, Abreeza, Magsaysay, Roxas, Town Hall. If you are brave even to SM Lanang or Agdao or Bankerohan.||It is quite clean.||Spacious. Desk with chair. Beautification mirror with desk and seat.||Good if you need to spend much time in the room and are noise resistant.||The disadvantages||Wifi connection is good, but internet is slow. No serious online work possible.||Tremendous noise from outside, 24h. Discos, cars horning, sellers, party people.||Noisy staff, loud shoes, loud shouting around.||Noisy aircon. Directly pointing to the feet of the bed, it is installed 50cm above floor, brrr.||The room interiour is nice, but cheap. Will be destroyed soon. We already had problems with brandnew things. Cons: the bathroom was too small that only one person at a time could go in. If you have especially long legs, your knees would definitely get hit by the door when it is opened while youre sitting on the toilet bowl. Shower pressure is strong but in a weird way. The showerhead holes are so far apart that it takes twice the amount of time to rinse off and take a shower in general. Room is a bit dark. Should have better lighting. Paint job is a bit outdated. Bed is advertised as queen-sized but really, it is just a double. Hallway doesn't smell nice, but lobby and room is fine.||||Pros: friendly, accommodating and efficient front desk.
