The Backyard Butcher is in a residential area on an uphill slope, which might be a bit challenging for those with mobility concerns. It’s an outdoor setup with about five tables, so it can get full quickly, and it can sometimes feel warm since cooling is limited to electric fans, though the place is full of plants. The BBQ beef and pork and sausages were tender and tasty. When we visited, drinks were limited to cucumber juice and Coke. They were nice enough to offer us a pitcher of cucumber juice on the house too. They now accept credit card payments. Parking is along nearby side streets and is assisted by a parking attendant. Overall, it was a decent visit, simple and straightforward, good for a casual BBQ meal.

The food isss sooo good. Na enjoy ko talaga I ordered smoked belly and tlc burger both sooo sooo good super busog kasi inubos ko talaga both. The place is also nice and they have small table for solo diners like me â˜ș Tumatangap sila ng Gcash payment. The CR is clean. All the way clean naman.

The Backyard Butcher is the real deal. They use wood smoke to cook the meat for hours. We ordered pork belly sandwich, smoked beef ribs, smoked angus beef, and TBB fries. Overall great dining experience. Just note they are closed on weekends and parking may be an issue.

If you haven’t eaten here yet, try this place out. The taste of their smoked meats are incredible. Seasoned just right and simply, letting honest flavors shine through. You can also tell the cooking process was more careful from the way the meat is textured and practically melting as you chew.

I didn’t think that a place can contest the other known smoked barbecue place here in the city, but The Backyard Butcher is on the same level. Because of personal preferences, I can say I’d rate this place a little bit higher.

If you enjoy a more powerful, sweet, smokey taste, with a little more of a chew, taste that’s almost like Filipino Christmas ham, you won’t find that here.

Though, if you prefer more simple, straightforward tastes, that allows the animal to be the star; soft, succulent, well rendered meat, come to The Backyard Butcher. The way their meats melt in your mouth is a dream.

Don’t miss dipping a piece in their garlic white sauce too. It was one of the most amazing first bites I’ve had.

You didn’t ask for advice but I think this might help. You guys seem like good people. Train your staff more, conduct workshops or meetings to have them accommodate people better. Customer service matters and can make the whole difference between customers coming...

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting top notch service from the restaurant, but they gave me just that! First off, they have someone guiding you when you’re trying to park since the location is uphill, and at a residential area. Second, the staff greets you with enthusiasm. Third, the server who served us was very patient and knowledgeable of the items on the menu! I really appreciated him for helping me choose my orders! Kudos to him!

As for the food, they offer large servings! I was surprised by how much food we got to eat! The meat was very tender and well seasoned, albeit the choice of dipping sauce was a bit unusual for me. At the end of the meal, both me and my partner were stuffed and satisfied!

One thing I will say though is that they don’t offer sodas of any kind, only a variety of fresh and canned juices which will not help you with getting rid of that disgusting feeling of consuming a lot of meat, but that’s just me. I like to drink sodas after a large protein intake to balance out the feeling.

Still, I...
