Do not hire kayaks from here. We hired one for an hour and were quoted the price of 500 PHP. Which seemed quite steep considering you can hire one in El Nido for 200PHP for 2 hours. While we were out on the kayak the paddle came off! Understandably these things sometimes happen, the paddle looked well used as the screws were missing on both sides. When we got back to the shore (quite difficult when you’re down a paddle!) the lady told us that she would have to check with her boss what to do. She came back to us and said we’d have to pay 500PHP for the hire plus 250PHP for the paddle. Out of goodwill, we agreed. She then came back to us and showed us a picture on her phone saying that to replace a paddle it is 2450PHP and that is what we needed to pay. We only had 1000PHP cash on us so said we’d need to go back to the hotel. She FOLLOWED us back to the hotel to make sure we were going to pay. We very reluctantly gave her 2450PHP despite the fact that we didn’t do anything wrong and then she informed us that we need to pay 2950PHP to include the hire as well! I told her that it was getting ridiculous and that we weren’t paying anymore but she just said “maybe later” and left. We looked the price of paddles up online and they cost closer to 1000PHP. An absolute SCAM I wouldn’t be surprised if they send people out with broken paddles preying on the fact they will make some...

I stayed in their hotel so i ate at this restaurant almost every meal since i have tours every now and then. Surprisingly, i enjoyed every meal. Try their "kinunot" dish which is flaked fish with malunggay veggies, coconut milk and chili (hot right?!) But is good! It's one of their local dish. Make sure to try their fried lapu lapu with veggie rice. You'll definitely get full. Lapu lapu is fresh and sweet! I just forgot to take a photo since i am about to leave. Their chicken sandwich is good! The taste is not your common chicken sandwich with lots of mayo but it's flavorful which is unique in Sorsogon. Breakfast meals will make you full❤️

I had a so called spaghetti chicken bacon carbonara.. I gave it back but the lady made me pay for it anyways.. She said she would call the police if continue to refuse to pay for it!
