Let me start by saying that Mani prepares the most exceptional Piña Colada you’ll ever taste in your life.

His dedication to perfection is evident as he freshly prepares the coconut milk right before your eyes. Each sip of his cocktails is nothing short of heavenly.

Watching Mani craft these drinks is an experience in itself. The meticulous craftsmanship, his unwavering diligence, and the attention to detail he puts into every cocktail are truly remarkable.

I found myself returning repeatedly, hence the multiple pictures taken at different times of the day – a testament to the consistent excellence I encountered. Whether it’s a daytime refreshment or an evening treat, Mani’s cocktails never disappoint.

To say we loved this bar would be an understatement. Mimi is a genius Bar tender. All of the drinks we had were delicious. Special mention has to go to the Pina Colada. It takes around 15/20 minutes to make and you should stay to watch the magic happen. The coconut milk is made my hand with either Jake (or if you’re really lucky Mimi’s dad) scraping out the coconut and then squeezing the milk from the flesh. Mimi let’s you try some of the fresh coconut milk before he makes it into a pina colada and it is out of this world. Highly recommend this place, but you have to be willing to wait and enjoy the process. If you want a quick drink go elsewhere, the drinks at Mimis bar are to be enjoyed at a slow pace. We visited Nacpan Beach and bought freshly made shakes at Cara-Bar. Their mango shake and Coconut shake were really delicious! We also ordered their best seller Frozen Margarita and enjoyed drinking them while loving the Nacpan Beach view.

Mimi the owner even opened a coconut husk and poured our Margarita drinks in it! My husband and I did not only enjoyed our drinks but from talking with the owner and his family.
