We ordered 3 Happy Meals via the kiosk, and while the food was served, no toys were included. When we asked at the counter, we were told the toys were out of stock and that the price charged was for the meal without the toy. However, upon checking the receipt, we saw that we were charged the full Happy Meal price. After showing the receipt, they only offered “classic toys” instead. We did not accept and requested a refund. What’s most disappointing was the lack of accountability and courtesy — not even a simple apology from the staff or manager. When I was paying my order the cashier told me I have to pay for P200 for 2 meals. I was shocked because I only ordered one. but she said that she only punches the orders given by the customer. No one will also assist you to get your food. I ask for assistance before I took the 2 trays since there are 3 trays to be pick up but still no one assist after I return to the counter.
