McDonald's - GMA — Restaurant in General Mariano Alvarez

We ordered 3 Happy Meals via the kiosk, and while the food was served, no toys were included. When we asked at the counter, we were told the toys were out of stock and that the price charged was for the meal without the toy. However, upon checking the receipt, we saw that we were charged the full Happy Meal price. After showing the receipt, they only offered “classic toys” instead. We did not accept and requested a refund. What’s most disappointing was the lack of accountability and courtesy — not even a simple apology from the staff or manager. I hope the management addresses this to ensure customers receive the service and respect...

I ordered 1 meal with total of P125+ on the kiosk machine and didn't bother to check it until I reached the counter. When I was paying my order the cashier told me I have to pay for P200 for 2 meals. I was shocked because I only ordered one. but she said that she only punches the orders given by the customer. I was asking for a refund but the crew said "Ay ma'am na-punch na pp eh di po kami nag issue ng refund'. so I had no choice but to pay for 2 orders even if I only ordered pancakes at that time. waited for almost 1 hour waiting for the iced coffee and the hot chocolate mis punched...

Worst service ever, As per cashier, our food will be served to us in our table for approximately 30 mins, but its already 41 mins and our food are still in the counter. No one will also assist you to get your food. I ask for assistance before I took the 2 trays since there are 3 trays to be pick up but still no one assist after I return to the counter.

Please branch managers do your job properly, aligned your crews / staffs properly if you are short in man power. They need to be flexible. (...
