Fields — Restaurant in General Trias

We dined here during our breakfasts when we had our staycation at the Bayleaf Hotel. This is one of the four restaurants (with cafe) within the building and by far the coziest of all. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the interior design.

I am loving how the staff accommodated us which was really convenient for our young family.

The ala carte menu is great though not all prices are reasonable based on the servings and the taste.

The buffet is also good but given that it's a 4-star hotel, it could've been improved most especially for the foreigners.

They mainly serve Filipino cuisine, Asian cuisine and American cuisine.

If its something that isnt a fit with your taste, they still have other three restaurants to choose from: B8, the Poolbar...

From the minute you enter Fields, you'll be greeted and shown to your table by no less than the Restaurant Manager herself, Ms. Krizzia. The resto's overall ambience is iconic 5-star which is normally experienced in deluxe hotel outlets in Manila. The tastefully designed contemporary eclectic interiors with overlooking views of the Cavite countryside is enhanced by the service team's snappy energy led by its world-class F & B executive, Ms. Krizzia. And of course, the food is undoubtedly top-notch! Much as this is only my second time in a Bayleaf Cavite's F & B outlet, it's definitely worth a third visit and more. Being an ex-hotelier, I must say Fields is one of the best high-end restaurants in the whole of Cavite or even...

For me, The Fields is a hidden gem. Despite only having a few customers—likely hotel guests—we visited as walk-in diners and had a great experience. The inasal and clam chowder were standout dishes, both flavorful and satisfying.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. We felt well taken care of, which added to the overall positive experience.

While we enjoyed dining here, the view wasn't particularly aesthetic. The restaurant overlooks a mix of urban highways in General Trias, with a hint of rural greenery. This might not be the most scenic backdrop, but that's more of a personal preference and didn't detract from the quality of the food...
