Tedts Cafe & Bakery — Restaurant in Iligan

This cafe is one of the oldest homegrown cafés in Iligan City and is close to my heart. They started out as a humble cupcake shop that gradually evolved to serve short orders and custom cakes.

Currently, the location near McDonald's is their latest location. Parking is hard to find as it's just beside the highway. When I went up to the balcony area, I was surprised to see that there were trash on the floor. They didn't clean it up which turned me off. When I entered the space, inside, it felt a bit cold and not really welcoming probably because of the lack of decor. I was used to their old space where they painted murals which made the space cozy and homey.

As for their food, I really love the fact that they make their own bread. At the same time, their cupcake recipe hasn't changed in the past years. I would recommend you try their sandwiches specially their pesto sandwhich....

Tedts has been my comfort and ME time place since I stayed in Iligan in 2018. Their Arroz Caldo and hot Kalamansi have been my go-to, especially when I've just recovered from being sick. Aside from that, their home-cooked meals are the best, always generously served, and kept warm. Now that I am back in Iligan, I love that their new location is near IIT. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food quality is top-tier, and the place is cozy enough. I'm not sure if they have a free Wi-Fi connection, but they're not a work café, so it's totally understandable. Last time, I ordered their meatball sandwich and hot Kalamansi. It did not disappoint. I'll definitely be back to try more of their dishes. The newly posted Mango-Chocolate Délice is calling me, so I might try...

A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering!

I recently visited this cozy little restaurant and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

The food was delicious, freshly made, and served with care. Every dish we tried had great flavor and was beautifully presented, especially [insert dish name if you want to highlight one]. Prices were reasonable too, which makes it even better.
