I love this fast food restaurant; the food was amazing and the service was good, but I feel disappointed because this afternoon, at 1:40 pm, April 21, after we ate but were still drinking our soft drinks, there was a crew cleaning, and when he cleaned our table, he said, "Excuse me," which was a little rude. Me and my girlfriend were shocked because of that, and we hurried to go. But no worries; I'm still giving this restaurant 5 stars. So I went in here to grab a late lunch. Everyone standing around.Manager and two employees standing at end register giggling. Stood there for about 8 minutes and finally walked up to manager (young woman)and asked if anyone here actually worked. She looked at me with surprise as if she hadn't even noticed I was standing there the entire time which somehow makes it worse! Bad enough you ignore a customer but as a manager you need to lead by example. And if that's your example you need a new line...

The cashier earlier was too b*d..We told her to SO for our fried chicken to thigh parts.. however they served legs part. Additionally, we ask also that our chicken will be 1 regular and 1 spicy but they served us 2-pc spicy. Ewan..bangag na nga kami because we went to our graveyard shift peo mas bangag pa ata yung cashier. Hindi na kami nagreklamo kasi gutom at sobrang puuuuuuyat na kami.. Please improve this for the betterment. I love Jollibee....
