Hotel Lola Natividad Metro Vigan — Hotel in Luzon

we booked for 2 rooms ...location is ok , service is fair but the rooms we had was terrible... both have lots of mosquitoes, both washroom doorknob was broken ( first room everytime we go we got locked in) had to wiggle and find the knot for the door to open and no toilet cover , the other one can't even close the door , the shower was broken, the flush was broken as well had to fix it myself , parking is limited, wifi is on and off, hot water dispenser is not working, the other room was the same with broken doorknob for washroom . We dont even know if the people walking around are guest or staff as the staff wear house clothes, no identification. had to go up and down to ask reception, no...

The owner and staff are welcoming and they are very accomodating! Highly recommended this for you to stay, it's also near to vigan. You can have a good rest because the place is quite. They have a nice and clean bathroom with hot water and if you want to have a coffee you can ask the reception and they will give it to you for free, unlike the other hotel they will charge you. And lastly they have now internet because because we fix it 😜 but in exchange they treat us a lunch and dinner 😉😊. Surely we will going back lola natividad next on our next stay and thank...

This hotel is the most affordable hotel in vigan. The place is quiet and clean with friendly staff. They have wifi but only in the reception area. It is walking distance to Bell Tower and some fast food restaurants.||We had a relaxing moment during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come...
