Greenwich — Restaurant in Imus

My wife and her grans food (chicken and macaroni) was fine and they enjoyed it very much. However my food (all meat pizza and lasagna) came with mushrooms even after them being told of an allergy. Upon complaining they simply wanted to pick the mushrooms off, this is not acceptable for an allergy.

Eventually they offered to remake the food. The pizza came out fine this time but they could not remake the lasagna and offered a carbonara instead, I agreed but this still came with mushrooms.

Instead of fighting with them we just had it boxed food my wife to eat later.

Complaints were met with arrogant smerks and a lack of simple understanding of how allergies work.

Do not recommend if you have any special requirements...

Today i am so disappointed about the service.of greenich. I have placed my order at 12:36 pm. I did cancel my orders but it says tha it was accepted already by your store so i cannot cancel it anymore. And delivered my orders almost 3pm. The lasagna size does not cost P100. It is the snack size. So disappointing. I am not satisfied with it. Hope you can read this message and be more responsible for the orders to...

This might be the worst I've ever witness in a greenwich restaurant, i just saw a manager pinch a crew, not only that i observed that this manager was bias to this one crew, and i think her name was Daphney, I heard to the other crews that she was always been like that and some other manager in this store too.

Not only that this was a worst experience, this might be a whole another story. Check this place...
