Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Imus

we usually eat at mang inasal but this branch has a rude crew. especially that one crew trainee i encountered when we eat, crew was maybe part of the lgbtq+ she's a girl with a boy cut. remembered her face cause she was freakin rude when i take out one order they are talking right in front of my face like "yan lang inorder na pinatake out?" it's clear that they making me hear their conversation, then i get back to the our table and when i came back the manager approach me nicely but the crew was nah. we won't be eating here anymore and i am a close relatively to the owner of this mang inasal branch but i won't tell my tito about what happened. hope u treat your crew to be nice to costumers. my tito also has other branch of mang inasal and i never experienced rude treatment in other branch he...

We truly love Mang Inasal, but the branch in Robinsons Imus really needs improvement when it comes to cleanliness. It might be because they’re short on staff, as clearing the tables takes quite a long time and the serving time is also slow. However, the main concern is the overall cleanlines. The floor is very dirty, with grains of rice and bits of chicken scattered around, and even the trays where they place customer orders are not clean. Even the handwashing area is very dirty. I sincerely hope this branch can improve its hygiene and upkeep because, even though we love Mang Inasal’s chicken, it’s hard to enjoy the food in an unclean...

Gusto ko lang ishare yong experience namin ng anak ko kanina lang 1:00 pm nakadalawang beses akong tumawag ng magbubuzz ng table namin sabi niya nung una mag buzz out lang daw pagbalik niya expect ko ibubuzz niya na kasi binuzz niya yong halos katabi ko na table samin. ang ginawa binuzz niya ung dulo at ung mga kukunti ang pinggan sa table, saken kasi puno yong asa table namin.tinawag ko siya ulit for the second time kasi nga po may food na kami at dun na siya nagbubuzz sa harap ung may pinagkukuhanan ng food dun ako nagsabi na pding pabuzz naman kasi nakailang tawag na ako para ipalinis ung table namin.. unfortunately walang nagbuzz ng table namin hanggat sa natapos po kami ako na lang po nagtanggal ng mga pinagkainan ng iba at nilipat ko sa ibang table. Para makakain kami.. nakakasad lang kasi though nakita ko naman na nakawhite siya means trainee pero sana po aware naman na siya na nakailang tawag ako para ibuzz table namin pero di man lang niya kami binalikan..sharing this po to para may learnings po siya as a crew. And know his wrong. Thank you...
