Pizza Hut- Robinsons Imus — Restaurant in Imus

I recently visited Pizza Hut in Robinsons Imus, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my observations:

Limited group meal options: One major disappointment was the lack of variety in group meal options. As someone dining with a group, we were hoping for a range of choices to cater to everyone's preferences. However, the available selection was quite limited, which was disappointing.

Frequent presence of flies: Throughout our meal, we noticed a persistent issue with flies buzzing around the restaurant. Not only was this unappetizing, but it also became a hygiene concern when a fly ended up landing in one of our drinks. This was a significant letdown and negatively impacted our dining experience.

Staff unfamiliar with the menu: Another noticeable drawback was the apparent lack of knowledge among the staff regarding the menu and food products. When we asked for recommendations or had questions about specific dishes, the staff seemed unsure and unable to provide helpful information. This lack of expertise was frustrating and made it difficult to make informed decisions about what to order.

Inadequate restroom facilities: One basic expectation when dining out is the availability of proper restroom facilities. However, the washroom in Pizza Hut lacked soap entirely. This lack of basic hygiene essentials is simply unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.

Poorly maintained utensils: Upon receiving our utensils, it became evident that they were marked and had visible stains. went to eat while killing time for the drivers license permit.. so i went there and ask if they can serve me half of my order and pack the rest as i can't finish them all and collect it once i'm done w/ LTO.. why i ordered family meal u may say???.. well i was surprise how expensive the menu is now and comparing the family set meal its more affordable and i can bring it along w/me.. staffs are accommodating and attentive to passing customers.. they make sure customers are attended and provide good food and service.. for the price and...

We are a Family of 6 adults (including 2 Seniors) and 2 Kids who had our early dinner here yesterday! We ordered the set amounting to php999 plus 2 separate chicken with rice, Caesar salad, 4 extra rice and a pitcher of iced tea. Everything is fine until the bill was given to us.
