I am very disappointed and distressed with McDonald’s Anabu, I placed an order via Mcdelivery app at 10pm only to be called and informed an hour later that there were no available riders. I was patient at first despite the hour long before an update. 30 minutes after the call there was still no update so I called the store and told them I will have it picked up instead, and to further my disappointment when I arrived at the store my orders were not yet prepared and on top of that I was told there was no available thigh part.
I placed an order at 10pm they could’ve dropped a new batch of thigh part the moment I requested it! Very poor service, this is negligence. None of the managers on duty apologized. I showed the the manager Ced my phone where I ordered via McDelivery app and showed him my requests but he only walked out after seeing my order and heard him say to the crew “meron yan thigh part” so I was expecting he had informed the staff to prepare the 6pcs chicken thigh part, 15 minutes later the mcdelivery crew asked me “maam nag willing to wait po ba kayo sa thigh part” and that’s when I got angry, why would someone ask me if willing to wait ba ako if it’s already been 2hrs since I ordered tatanungin lang ako nag agree na ba ako so I told the crew “akala ko okay na sabi ng manager” but to my dismay I was waiting for nothing! They asked me to wait another 15 minutes for the thigh part to be cooked. My experience was just full of waiting, very poor communication with each other what kind of food and beverage service this branch is. Imagine I ordered via app but I had to pick it up myself only to be more disappointed?

Read morePoor customer service. The crew from kitchen is very rude, specifically the one who makes sandwiches. The manager offered me to replace it to cheesy eggdesal instead of cheeseburger, but the kitchen staff said that “WALANG CHEESY EGGDESAL” and the manager said “BILISAN MO NA GAWIN MO NA” and I was like oh okay, nananadya talaga. So I refused to it, since I felt that I have been disrespected.
And cashier looks like she’s not properly trained. She doesn’t know how to process a code for a share treats. I went there and waited for how many minutes since there’s no cashier in front. And they will make you wait without telling you what’s the problem.
I have given all the information that they need, and yet not properly coordinated. Like? Hello? I already share what I’m redeeming. If you just told me in the first place that the cheeseburger is only available @ 10:30 am, there would be no problem! I’ll understand that. I’m not aware of it.
You just wasted my time for nothing.
Let’s just say it’s just a share treats FOR YOU, but it doesn’t mean you will not accommodate your customer.
Imagine 4 staff, including the manager assisted me for just 1 cheeseburger. So disappointing!

My mom went in the front counter first to follow up and she got ignored by the crew. I went in next and asked them nicely. Other people started coming in front too and were following up their orders.
