I recently visited Pitstop Guimaras and I was very impressed with the food. I ordered the Mango Pizza and it was delicious. The pizza was perfectly made, the mangoes were sweet and juicy, and the crust was crispy and flavorful. I also tried the Beef Burger with fries and it was also amazing. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was rich and creamy.

FOOD Mango Pizza -5/5 I actually liked this pizza. The mango tastes good with cheese. The mango did not overpower the taste profile since the taste of mango and cheese are balanced. I actually enjoyed it with hot sauce. I would recommend this dish.
Pork sisig with mangoes- 2/5 The food tastes okay. The rating is only 2 just because it is not my preference. The sisig is made of maskara. I did not like how oily the dish is and it is not crispy. The dish could have more potential. Overall, the dish is not as special as I expected. Mangoes did not do anything to elevate the dish except as a garnish. I wish they could’ve been more creative with creating the dish on how the mangoes would actually complement the pork sisig.
Ripe Mango Shake- tastes as what you would expect for a mango shake haha 5/5...
Read moreWe tried the Mango Pizza, which was okay, not bad, but not something I’d call great either. I can understand some of the hype, but personally, it felt a bit average. The Chicken Adobo Twist was also so-so, maybe slightly better thanks to the mango bits, which were a nice touch, but overall still just good, not great. The Baby Back Ribs were probably the saving grave of the meal, flavorful and tender, maybe the only real standout for me.
As a first time experience, it was interesting, but it’s not a place I’d be excited to return to. The pricing is quite steep for the quality of food served, which makes it harder to justify a second visit.
Service wise, it started off well, but we were left waiting at our table for 15 minutes just to get our change. We eventually had to go to the front ourselves, only to find that our change had been sitting there "in front of them" while the staff were caught up gossiping . It was a disappointing end...
