I recently had a very disappointing experience at Mano restaurant in Kalibo Airport. I ordered instant ramen, expecting a quick and simple meal before my flight back to Manila.
Unfortunately, not only was the meal underwhelming, but it was also accompanied by an unwelcome guest—a fly, which was quite unsettling, especially while I was eating. Additionally, I learned that their food is sourced from the kitchen of BK restaurant, which might interest other travelers who are considering their dining options.
This experience definitely put a damper on my departure from Kalibo, and I hope the restaurant addresses these hygiene issues soon to improve the experience for future travelers.
