I'm writing to let you know of an incident that I felt was disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite not being close or connected, one of your employee (Trecia C.) used a very informal and overly familiar tone when addressing my boyfriend by his first name.

Her voice was noticeably loud, drawing unwanted attention. The way she said his name made her chuckle as if it were something funny. It made me uneasy to see this behaviour.

Additionally, after this incident, your employee seemed distracted and unable to concentrate on her task since she kept giggling.

Although I understand that everyone has good days at work, professionalism is important to keeping a light atmosphere, particularly in jobs having direct interaction with customers.

I will never not love McDonald's, but this incident is really disappointing 😵😵😵 I hope you'll give attention to this matter....

I recently visited McDonald's for breakfast and had an overall positive experience. One notable improvement was the introduction of self-ordering kiosks, which added a convenient touch to the dining process. The ability to customize my order and avoid long queues was definitely a plus.

However, I was slightly disappointed to find that some items were already out of stock early in the morning. It was a bummer not to have access to the full menu, especially when craving a specific item. I hope McDonald's can work on better stocking and availability, especially during peak hours.

Worst service ever and often overcharged especially when ordering at drive thru. Tonight, at McDo Roxas Ave drive thru, I had 2 orders of Teriyaki burger, with medium fries for each, orange juice for one order and changed to large coffee for the other. I was charged Php380.00. The change given to me was Php120.00. Am I not overcharged for a teriyaki burger value meal which I only changed the drink for coffee and juice??? I was not able to complain because am in a hurry to go back to school to attend night class. The fries is undercooked!! It is bitter. This is the Nth time that experienced poor service!!!
