Burger King - Centennial Kawit (Drive Thru) — Restaurant in Kawit

Worst customer service ive experience. I asked for 299 meal i forgot the name at that time which is the king's meal. The crew told me there is no such meal. So we ordered the usual individual meals. So yun nga pagupo namin sa table nkita namakin ung poster for king's meal. My wife approched the crew if we can change it to that meal since it is enough for us amd we will be saving more. The ask the maager if its possible, to our dismay we were told "hindi po pwede kasi laki raw ng difference ng naorder sa ganung meal." Ok lang sana kung di kami nagtanong pero para sabihing wala. Then the manager approached us sorry daw kasi bago lang yung crew. What type of excuse is that? I was disappointed kinain n lang namin yun naorder but i promised myself to never go back there even if its the last burger...

The service is too slow. We waited for almost an hour to pay and get our order. While waiting, I needed to use the comfort room. I went to the entrance to ask permission if i can use their cr but their guard did not allow me. By the way, i am 8-9 months pregnant. We asked for their consideration since i really felt the need to go to the comfort room. But they were very strict. It was really a stressful...

It would have been a perfect ending to an eventful day, except that the crew member who took our order failed to repeat our choices and ended up one burger meal short for our party of 4. Otherwise, the meals were hot, the patties were exactly what we came to Burger King for, and the onion rings were just superb. All in all, the service was great and the food was good, so its a 5-star...
