Jollibee Centennial Kalayaan — Restaurant in Kawit

I recently visited the Gahak Centennial branch of Jollibee and wanted to raise some concerns about my experience. I noticed that some chicken pieces were undercooked and still had blood, which is concerning in terms of food safety. Additionally, the chicken served at this branch was noticeably smaller compared to other branches, which felt disappointing and inconsistent with Jollibee’s usual standards. The Yum Burger sauce was also insufficient, making the meal less enjoyable. I’ve also observed that these issues seem to happen more frequently with takeout orders, as it’s harder for customers to check the food immediately and complain on the spot. Compared to other branches like Noveleta, the quality of food and service at this branch seemed inconsistent, and it came across as poorly managed. I hope these issues can be addressed as they reflect poorly on Jollibee’s reputation, and I trust that steps will be taken to improve the overall experience...

It's not even the first time this happened, my uncle just wanted to order online since he came home late from work and decided to order in jollibee centennial kawit since they're the ones that's still open according to the app but my first choice is to order in lancaster since it's much closer but already closed then an hour passed by not even a single message came from jollibee kawit so we're literally waiting for nothing and our order is not that even hard to prepare just 2 Burger meal, they're just simply irresponsible and honestly poor customer service I've already contacted their store thrice and called them twice and still no response, like if they can't accommodate our order why not...

I want to give 5 stars everyone who is serving on the counter and the kitchen. But I want to give 0 (zero) star to the Manager/Supervisor for acting unprofessionally towards the crew. Yes, I understand that the crew have to be 'reminded' on what to do and their tasks but he should also remember not to scold and ashame them in front of the customers. That is very rude and unprofessional. He reached the position as a manager/supervisor and yet, he should also know when to act right and speak right towards others especially the crew.
