I recently visited the Gahak Centennial branch of Jollibee and wanted to raise some concerns about my experience. I noticed that some chicken pieces were undercooked and still had blood, which is concerning in terms of food safety. Additionally, the chicken served at this branch was noticeably smaller compared to other branches, which felt disappointing and inconsistent with Jollibeeās usual standards. The Yum Burger sauce was also insufficient, making the meal less enjoyable. Iāve also observed that these issues seem to happen more frequently with takeout orders, as itās harder for customers to check the food immediately and complain on the spot. Compared to other branches like Noveleta, the quality of food and service at this branch seemed inconsistent, and it came across as poorly managed. I hope these issues can be addressed as they reflect poorly on Jollibeeās reputation, and I trust that steps will be taken to improve the overall experience...
