Carl Ced'z Grill & Restaurant — Restaurant in Kawit

This isn't my first time to pigged out to this place. I don't have Any complains on my first and 2nd visit but this 3rd time (06/08/2025) is the worst.

Pros: 1. They retained a good customer experience all the way to the guard assisting parking. Kudos to them Coffee is good Salad dressing is superb

Cons: 1. The tofu already have a stinking smells 2 Some of the mussel shells are good and some are rotten Majority of the pork dish uses the fatty side instead of the actual meat Haven't tried their lechon ulo because nothing left and they don't refill even on some dishes Their juices tastes like medicine Bitter taste in some of their pastries All crabs are shells. You cannot eat a single crab, only its shells. The usual issue in the parking space

I had churning stomach after my meal and got diarrhea all day. 399 pesos is cheap to an unli buffet like this but they should do better. Add a little more and you have an option to a decent unli grill or unli buffet with a good name.

Verdict: I will not going back to this...

We just ate today in this resto. We had a reservation for sched 10am-2pm (lunch buffet). We arrived by 11am but it’s okay to be late since we’re not yet hungry but we’re really disappointed that they said we can only eat until 12nn since they have an event by 12nn. And again, it’s still okay since we’re not yet hungry. But they did not informed us about that during the reservation and to add to our disappointment are some of the dishes cannot refill anymore. Specially the lechon, there were nothing but bone. They said they only served one lechon per dining but it is not one whole, it’s just the head. To think that they already know that there’s still customer coming (us) that time and they did not reserve or save even a bit of it. And most of the main and side dishes looks like just a leftover. Photos of the food serving from their facebook page is far from the actual resto. Haha #thanksforthefoodbutNEVERAGAIN...

Perfectly priced buffet for the food that you're getting.

The place is a bit compressed especially the middle area. But it is understandable since they are getting as many customers as possible for the limited time slot.

The staff were nice and attentive. They would immediately take the empty plates and give out tissue papers to tables.

The food was okay for the price. I would suggest having common Filipino dishes such as sisig and especially Lumpiang Shanghai, now that would definitely be the top rated food if they served that.

Overall Carl Cedz Grill and Restaurant is well priced and definitely caters to their target customers...
