they have a lot of staffs working there but only 1 persons are attending to customers. and the other one does not even want to bother with other customers. when we asked for our dessert to be served, no crew wants to serve to us. i personally took our ice cream from the counter afraid it will be dissolved before being eaten. a female wearing maong shirt was even looking at me when i took the ice cream but is busy attending which i presume was her family visiting her. i dont think the managers are capable enough in this branch. the crew are more focused on their trainees than the customers. as for me, i wont be coming back to this branch. hence the 1 star. Went in to order for take out, staff at the door asked us to be seated but did not take our order immediately. Someone came in for takeout as well but was assisted immediately but we kept waiting. 30 minutes in, still no one is taking our order.
