Not totally impressed. First, the server did not smile at all. And I was with my daughter who is a 4 y.o and she saw the bell and tried to ring it, the server reacted in such a disappointing way, as if my daughter made a terrible mistake. The server got the bell and when we needed their service, my aunt would go down and look for a server just because the lady got the bell. While the other table without a kid, had their bell until the end of their meal. Not a kid friendly restaurant - at all. Soooooooooo disappointed. I expected quite a lot because of the reviews but it disappointed me - BIG TIME. I was also expecting of a yard, a garden. Or some beautiful flowers at least. Again, disappointed. The food is okay. We had some coffee, tea, pasta and a cake. BTW, they don't have a wide selection of appetizers, desserts, pasta and all. Their menu is somewhat all over the place. Coffee is good for the price. But honestly, if you're going to drive a good 30-40 minutes, at least from our place, I think you should be at least impressed. I was not impressed at all. Will I go back to this place? No. Not worth my time and money. I'll just go to somewhere near, with great Service, a wide selection of food and value for money. Their food is not terrible. It was...

Read moreI have been to many restaurants in Baguio but Arca’s Yard Cafe is the gem! The ride from Session road going to Arcas took about 10min-15min. It is far from the city center and the road going to the resto is uphill.
Ambience was superb! I can literally stay there from morning to evening. They have plenty of tables and nook depends where you want to seat. We opted to seat in the veranda to be closer with the nature and to savor the good view. If you wanted to have some time alone and be away from the crowd, this is the place to be!
The staff are attentive and courteous. It gets busy during lunch so to get a hold of the crews attention becomes a lil difficult - which is pretty normal for a popular resto.
The serving time is normal like 20mins or so.
The food was great! Too heavy for me to be honest. I ordered pesto carbonara and the cream of mushroom soup. My friend got the pesto pasta with tuna flakes which I like better. 😅 We both agreed that the carrot cake is the WINNER! not to sweet!
The star of the whole experience is when we get the chance to roam around and had photo taken with their nooks. I think this place is being advertised as cafe/resto, library, and museum.
Will definitely come back to eat, pray,...
