To echo many of the other reviews, the wait of nearly 45 minutes for basic Filipino food dish was a bit excessive. The hostess was very nice, but a little short staffed with six tables to manage. I had the vegetable curry which came out as a plate of hot overcooked mush which I sent back and began to look forward to a meal in our next stop in San Juan. The gentleman next to me waited nearly an hour for a hamburger, and he was not very pleased with the quality. My dining partner had the chicken adobo which was satisfactory but included inedible body parts that the uninitiated might consume to their detriment. Read moreWow! This was the first meal I had in Siquijor and I was blown away. Everything was colorful, fresh, and full of flavor. We got the curry fish, garlic butter shrimp, yangchow rice, and pinoy vegetables. The flavors and portions were spot on ~ especially the fish and the rice. Amazing! The banana shake was also really yummy. Food came out in about 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable and staff were super friendly. What a wonderful meal! Hope to come back again...
