After our trip to Salagdoong Beach, we stopped by here for lunch. The place is clean and has a nice, cozy ambiance—very Instagrammable and “aesthetic,” definitely photo-worthy! However, I noticed the lighting inside, especially towards the middle and back of the restaurant, is a bit dim. It would be nicer if they added brighter lights to improve the overall vibe. The staff were accommodating, but I feel there’s room for improvement in their service. A warmer, friendlier approach—like smiling more and being more attentive—would definitely make the experience better. As for the food, preparation was quick, which we appreciated. The taste was okay, but some dishes need tweaking, especially the western options. The pepperoni pizza was just 3/5 for me. The tomato sauce tasted like ketchup, and I think it could be improved by using better ingredients—maybe adding herbs like oregano, cilantro, and pepper. Some extra toppings like bell peppers would help, too. The lasagna was a bit too salty for my liking. Again, I’d recommend toning down the salt and adding more herbs for better flavor balance. On the other hand, the mango banana shake was really good! Refreshing and delicious—definitely a 5/5. The french fries were also nice and crispy, I’d give them a 4/5. My rating for each dish: • Pepperoni Pizza: 3/5 • Lasagna: 2/5 • Mango Banana Shake: 5/5 • French Fries: 4/5 Overall, we enjoyed our lunch here. There’s definitely potential, and with a few improvements, it could be a better experience for both locals and tourists. Thanks!

24 Restaurant and Burger Bar in Lazi, Siquijor, Philippines, offers a vibrant dining experience that I enjoyed, but could be improved. One of the standout items on the menu at 24 Restaurant and Burger Bar is the USDA Angus Cheese Burger. This classic Western-style hamburger is known for its generous size, served with a side of fries and a house salad. It's a treat for burger enthusiasts seeking that familiar and satisfying taste. During my visit, I opted for the Pesto Chicken Panini and Fish Tacos with fries, while my date indulged in the Filipino Fried Chicken Leg served with rice and vegetables. The diverse menu caters to various tastes, ensuring there's something for everyone. While the presentation of the dishes was noteworthy, the spices and flavor of chicken breading, panini and fish batter was lacking and didn't make for a memorable dining experience. What adds to the appeal of 24 Restaurant and Burger Bar is its lively atmosphere. It's a popular spot with locals, and the energetic ambiance enhances the overall dining experience. Whether you're enjoying a casual meal or seeking a social gathering place, 24 Restaurant and Burger Bar delivers on both fronts. In summary, 24 Restaurant and Burger Bar in Lazi, Siquijor, offers a diverse menu with standout items like the USDA Angus Cheese Burger. The lively venue, good but not great food, and reasonable prices and it a favored dining spot among locals. It's worth a visit for those looking for a meal in a lively atmosphere on the beautiful island of Siquijor.

Fantastic dining experience and exactly what we wanted to see in the Philippines! 🤌🏼 We practically lived at this restaurant for five straight days, and let me tell you, every meal was an absolute delight! The chef's culinary skills are top-notch, with experience gathered from around the globe. What's more impressive is that they use locally sourced ingredients, resulting in dishes bursting with flavor. Take their chili, for instance—it's divine! And don't even get me started on their refreshing moringa iced tea—it's the perfect kickstart to any day. Of course, they also have native recipes as well! The breakfast specials, like the baguette with prosciutto and mozzarella, and the antipasti platter, offered fantastic value for money. Plus, their beef chow fun is straight out of an authentic Hong Kong recipe, showcasing the chef's diverse expertise. Surprisingly, even their vegan options, like the pasta and falafel, scored a solid 10/10 from us non-vegans! And those fruit smoothies? Absolutely divine. During our month-long stay in the Philippines, this restaurant stood out as the highlight of our dining experiences. The prices are reasonable, catering to both tourists and locals alike—no tourist traps here! With locally sourced ingredients and expertly crafted recipes, this place truly delivers a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this restaurant since 2022. They have some good vegan food and the rest is okay in my experience & preference. Some of the food needs some improvements like the tortilla for the fish tacos is too dry. I could barely fold the tortilla in half or else it would break.

This used to be my go-to place to eat in Lazi (since there’s not a lot of options in town) until I had dinner there few days ago. We were finishing our dinner, the lady owner started yelling to other customers talking about some legal matter. She could’ve talked to them in private since it’s personal. The couple were very calm communicating with the lady owner but the owner still yelling & screaming. She was very disrespectful to the couple who has a small child and started crying because of the owner’s awful behaviour. The child got really scared and cried. It was very disturbing to see in person how a person can act like that in public where her paying customers are dining. She’s very childish cus of how she acted defensively when nobody’s attacking her. The couple just wanted to talk but lady owner chose to handle it differently.

I’ve also seen this lady owner few months ago treating her employees very poorly. I’ve also heard that she is not paying her employees the minimum wage. She’s paying them below minimum wage which is bad. That’s why they keep changing employees every now and then cus some of them leave.

I no longer support this business who treat people like this. I suggest to support other businesses around instead of this awful owner who don’t care about their employees...

First the positive things. It's hard to find decent eatable food in the Philippines and this place delivers just that. Burger... now I'm a burger expert so in the real burger scale it's not even close, but I must say I enjoyed the burger. Maybe the best one I've eaten in the Philippines. Definitely will go back for more. Fries are disappointing typical shoestring frozen types. Pannini so so, but considering where you are acceptable. Filipino food was micro portion but quite good. French Press house coffee was quite good. Churros are fresh and excellent. Will try the pizza soon as I noticed they had the right flour for the crust. Didn't see anyone eating pizza so I don't know. House water is free and clean. So the thing that annoys me and my wife is the staff have no social skills or communication skills or are possibly just rude. We were never greeted or thanked for spending our money there. Typical staff behavior in the Philippines. They take your money never ask was everything ok and don't even say thanks for coming to our restaurant. Very poorly trained my guess. The young cashier this morning is totally rude and needs to be trained in customer service and manners. Probably I will just use the take out instead of going inside the rest of my stay here. Overall I think it's wonderful to be able to get decent food here in Lazi. Thanks for that.

Update: i just wanted to say that we ate here many times since my initial review and we did see definite improvements from staff and food. We will definitely return on my next visit to the Philippines. Thanks for...
