Jollibee — Restaurant in Leyte

I have always loved Jollibee ever since I was a child, not until my daughter and I experienced a very unfortunate event last tuesday. I ordered 1 bucket of fried chicken and fries. We placed the order at 7:02 and the cashier never mentioned the waiting time. Not until I made a follow up with one of the crew members and he told me it will take 20- 30mins. The most annoying part is that they keep on serving dine in customers (Fried chicken) while we keep on waiting for our order. We got our order around 7:50PM..(so Asa dapita dre ag 20 -30mins?)

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of a counter staff member at Jollibee Maasin City on June 5, 2025.

It was very disheartening to witness how the staff appeared to base her treatment of customers on their appearance. My mother politely asked for the price of a Coke, and instead of clearly stating the price, the staff replied with, “It’s expensive.” This response was both dismissive and disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how they look or who they are. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better customer service in the future....

Newly renovated Jollibee Branch in Maasin City. The interior design now is industrial-minimalist, and more natural light. The only drawback is that there’s no proper parking space, so you may need to park your vehicle elsewhere and they also don’t have a drive-thru. But this is the only Jollibee available in Southern Leyte. Staff are also very friendly. The location is very accessible since it’s located at the heart of Maasin City and is near the Cathedral...
