1st time coming to this place, I'm glad we did. I called in advance to make a reservation & ask some inquiries. The staff Nicole & Patrick were able to accomodate my reservation and quiries and greeted us as soon as we got to the restaurant. We were also welcome by Katrina, the owner and really gave us a warmed welcome. The place is modern but cozy, very clean. Though limited parking slots. We tried there teppanyaki, a must try! Additional Harajuku dish takes about another hour before serving. Food taste was okay, as well as the place, but not the service. Their staff told me that their manager is "on rest day"...
